1. 25% OFF FOOD
This offer will expire 28 days after receiving. This voucher entitles you to 25% off the total food bill when you dine in. Valid Monday to Saturday. All food and drink must be ordered at the same time. Valid for up to 6 people per table. Please note these are subject to availability. Voucher can be used once during the redemption window. Voucher is not valid on drinks, set menus, buffet, click & collect or delivery through Toby or our 3rd party partners. Not valid on Bank Holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Day or Boxing Day. No cash alternative. Your voucher is non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash or used as a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. We cannot be responsible for reimbursing you if this voucher is lost, stolen or deleted. Please check your local restaurants website as some sites may be closed or operating reduced hours during this time. We reserve the right to amend this offer, or the terms and conditions. 2. Rewards Card
T&S; One loyalty stamp can be collected per day please present this QR code to a team member when paying your bill or add it onto your order if ordering through our app. With every 2 stamps collect, you will receive a reward voucher automatically into your app wallet for the relevant reward stated which can be redeemed 24 hours after issuance. The terms and conditions for each reward differ so please check these prior to redemption. Stamps can be collected against Breakfasts, Mains and the Lunch and Evening Set Menus Monday - Saturday. Once you have redeemed your final reward, your collector card will be cleared to begin collecting stamps again. The Toby Rewards loyalty scheme will run for a limited time only and you will be given at least 30 days notice of the loyalty scheme expiring, after this your loyalty card will expire and the stamps that have been collected will be removed from the app. The free main meal voucher cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion on the same visit including staff discount. Stamps must not be collected in conjunction with any privileges, for example employee discount. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. No change will be given. - We reserve the right to cancel your loyalty card if we suspect it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms and conditions.
