We leave nothing to chance when it comes to the most wonderful time of the year, which is why, at Toby Carvery Marton, we make sure our Christmas Day menu is the best it can be.
We take the roasts that you and your family love and we add a little Christmas sparkle to them (as well as some tasty trimmings) to make them that bit more delicious and festive.
Our Christmas Day menu is currently being created by our team of chefs and will be available for you to look at in early summer. But while the anticipation builds, whet your appetite and take a look at last year’s Christmas Day menu.

Christmas Day Menu
Sample Menu from 2020
Swirled with pesto, served with toasted ciabatta. Vegan option available (ve).
Smoked salmon rolled with hot smoked salmon pâté with a cucumber and cherry tomato salad, and horseradish cream. Served with brown bread.
With caramelised onion chutney, served with pea shoots and toasted ciabatta slices.
Sweet orange melon with freshly chopped mint served with prosciutto and fresh raspberries. Vegan option available (ve).
Camembert baked in a Yorkshire pudding topped with cranberry sauce and savoury granola.
Choose from our daily selection of hand-glazed roasted meats, then help yourself to all the festive trimmings at the deck. All served with pigs in blankets.
Served with a lemon butter sauce.
Roasted mushrooms and spinach bound in a creamy smoked cheddar béchamel sauce, in a lattice puff pastry.
Filled with vine fruits, served with a rich brandy sauce or custard.
Served with soya custard.

Layers of double chocolate chip cookie, creamy toffee and chocolate ganache. Topped with chocolate glaze and demerara crumb served with chocolate & salted caramel sauce and freshly whipped cream.
