Christmas has to be one of our favourite times of the year, so much so, we’ve been busy planning for it right up until now so you have plenty to look forward to.
Our three-course Christmas Day 2023 menu is full of the perfect mix of classic dishes and new creations with a festive twist. There’s our Famous Festive Carvery with all the trimmings, as well as delights including Winter Root Vegetable Soup, Salmon with Champagne Thermidor Sauce and Salted Caramel Profiterole Sundae.

Smoked Scottish salmon and prawns in a seafood sauce, served with lettuce, a lemon wedge and brown bread.
