Beef and Horseradish Yorkie Wrap

Serves 4 | Prep time: 10mins | Cook time: 30mins

Ingredients

 4 x Yorkshire puddings

 80 thinly sliced (leftover) roast beef

 1 large coz lettuce leaf chopped

 15g of Horseradish sauce mixed with 15g mayonnaise (If you prefer mustard, use that instead of the horseradish)

Method

1. Let the Yorkshire puddings cool down slightly.

2. At one edge of the Yorkshire pudding, build lettuce, then mayonnaise, beef, horseradish sauce and then finely crumbled stuffing.

3. Carefully roll up the Yorkshire (like a burrito or fajita), ensuring the wrap is tight and the filling is held firmly in place.

4. Cut in half across the middle and serve immediately.

5. Optional: serve with our famous roast potatoes.

Serve immediately.
