Turkey & Cranberry Yorkie Wrap

Serves 4 | Prep time: 10mins | Cook time: 30mins

Ingredients

 4 x Yorkshire puddings

 320g sliced cold turkey

 100g crumbled cold sage and onion stuffing

 100g cranberry sauce

 4 large Cos lettuce leaves roughly chopped

 80g mayonnaise

Method

1. Let the Yorkshire puddings cool down slightly.

2. At one edge of the Yorkshire pudding, build lettuce, then mayonnaise, turkey, cranberry and finely crumbled stuffing.

5. Carefully roll up the Yorkshire (like a burrito or fajita), ensuring the wrap is tight and the filling is held firmly in place.

4. Cut in half across the middle and serve immediately.

5. Optional: serve with our famous roast potatoes.

Serve immediately.
