    Festive booking terms & conditions

    Please note, there is a required non-refundable deposit to secure all festive bookings. We will collect your deposit as part of your booking process (whether online, over the phone, or in person).

    The deposit will be redeemed against your final bill on the booked date.

    Should you:

    1. Cancel your booking fourteen days or less prior to the booked date; or
    2. You (and your group) fail to attend on the booked date without giving us more than fourteen days’ notice of cancellation,  

    then we will retain your deposit.

    Booking your Toby table online is quick and easy, and it will help our team to seat you more quickly when you arrive at the home of the roast!

    If you require access for a wheelchair, would like us to add a high chair at your table, or have any other questions or requests, please give us a call on 0121 742 6201 and we’ll do our best to help.

    Please note that on the day of dining we can only hold tables for 15 minutes past the time you booked, and that parties of six or more may be seated on separate tables at busy times.
