Beef and Horseradish Yorkie Wrap

All your roast favourites in a convenient yorkie wrap!

Ingredients
  • 4 x Yorkshire puddings
  • 80 thinly sliced (leftover) roast beef
  • 1 large coz lettuce leaf chopped
  • 15g of Horseradish sauce mixed with 15g mayonnaise
  • (If you prefer mustard, use that instead of the horseradish)
  • 100g crumbled cold sage and onion stuffing
Method

1. Let the Yorkshire puddings cool down slightly.

2. At one edge of the Yorkshire pudding, build lettuce, then mayonnaise, beef, horseradish sauce and then finely crumbled stuffing.

3. Carefully roll up the Yorkshire (like a burrito or fajita), ensuring the wrap is tight and the filling is held firmly in place.

4. Cut in half across the middle and serve immediately.

5. Optional: serve with our famous roast potatoes.
